Repair Scout работает с крупной бытовой техникой. Portable appliances, small countertop appliances, TVs, vacuums, sewing machines, trash compactors, air conditioning и ventilation — вне фокуса. Commercial equipment исключено, кроме refrigeration.Repair Scout is built for major household appliances. Что делать, если с заказом проблема?What if there's a problem with a job?
Спор можно открыть, если клиент говорит, что не заказывал выезд, вы приехали вовремя, но не смогли попасть на место, или из-за подтверждённой технической ошибки заказ продан дважды. Сроки, фото и условия возврата или кредита описаны в You can open a dispute if the customer says they never requested the visit, you arrive on time but cannot get in, or a confirmed technical error sold the same job twice.
